Highlights
Distilled beverage obtained from the excess fermentation of rice and koji used to
produce sake.
Created with rice, the Marisma Eco variety is produced by Kensho Sake in an artisanal
way in the Ebro Delta, and fermented with special Koji spores for sake.
Once the sake has been extracted, it is kept in suitable humidity and temperature conditions
during its maturation and final fermentation for a minimum of 6 months.
Each bottle contains 500ml - 19% vol alc.
